While musical theatre in Nigeria is still in its infancy, like all musical theatre performances, it is a triple threat art form that combines music, dialogue and dance sometimes in equal measure to tell its story. However, the Nigerian factor infuses various cultural phenomenon such as local languages, pidgin English, dances to mention a few. All these forms and features make Nigerian musicals unique in their own right.
